Have you ever wanted to use one of the many flash drives you have lying around for somthing more than simply storing files? I did and came across the portable apps Platform. It is a free platform that supports many free apps that will work from a flash drive. What is so special about that? I hear you ask. Well this means you can take all you favourite applications (as long as a portable version exists) and use them on public computers e.g. School, library, work ....etc as they do not leave any files on the host pc. They run entirely from the flash drive. Give it a go and expadt your flash drives capabilities. Your flash drive demands it!

Talk: Walter Hayes Trophy

Went to the Walter Hates Trophy yesterday (1/11/08) at Silverstone Racetrack. The day was a bit of a letdown as once me and my friend arrived we questioned whether anything was actually taking place. As we arrived at Silverstone Racetrack there was not a single sign or banner indicating that there was a race day, more spesifically the Walter Hayes Trophy, taking place. Again once we had parked up and began looking for where the action was taking place there was not a single sign or person that was able to inform us of what was taking place or where we should be going. Eventually we were pointed in a derection where we were infomed a programme might be available, luckily for us it was. However apart from the lack of organisation and the very cold weather we did get to see some racing take place. In additon I did get the oppertunity to take some photos using my newly aquired Canon Digital SLR EOS 350D Camera.
